What you need to bring
We recommend you to bring a t-shirt (long sleeve suggested), shorts, sport shoes, (if you have cycling shoes and pedals, we can put them on your bike). Sunscreen, and insect repellent. If you want to swim in the river don’t forget to bring your swimming suit and towel.
