We eat breakfast at 8 am. At the hotel’s little restaurant then we will start our ride from here. This day has lots of up-hills and down-hills because we start crossing the southern mountains of Oaxaca. We will be riding through little villages settled in the mountains; we will eat in a village called San Pablo Coatlán which will be the end of the ride for some people. For those that want to keep ridding there will be 13 extra kilometers up-hill and 2 kilometers down-hill. This night we will rest in San Sebastián Coatlán at 2000 meters above sea level at the Osorio´s Family house.

At 8 am. Will eat breakfast and around 9:30 we will start riding. One of the stops we do during the route will be in “Llano de León”, a very little village where we’ll get some cold drinks at one of the village’s stores. Once we’ve rested for some time we will continue ridding to “La Reforma” the place where we eat and sleep. After we eat we visit a beautiful waterfall where it is possible to swim. This night we sleep in tents that we set up very close from a river where if you still have energy you can swim no matter the time of the day because the water keeps warm most of the time.
